RQ BIO

THE BRIEF
RQ Bio is a biotechnology startup developing ‘best-in-class’ antibodies for vulnerable populations exposed to infectious diseases. RQ Bio’s CEO Hugo Fry messaged me with an urgent request to brand his new company ahead of a time-sensitive press release, so this project was completed under an extremely tight deadline.

THE SOLUTION
RQ Bio’s logo is a depiction of the traditional symbol for an antibody, merged into the characters R and Q. The design is woven into the arced portions of the characters, and made to stand out using two different colours.

After developing the colour scheme (for use on light and dark backgrounds) I then rolled out this branding into multiple designed assets, including business cards, presentation decks and I also created a simple Squarespace website.
